No. 209 Chardonnay Reserve Barrel Gin – Serves

My Serve 

The below serve I created for No.209 Chardonnay Reserve Barrel really    compliments the buttery smoothness from the gin


– 45ml of No. 209 Chardonnay Reserve Gin

– 60 ml of Hmemade Peach Puree

– 15ml of fresh lemon juice

– 10ml of Peach Schnapps

– Ice

– Top with Tonic Water

I made the home puree by cutting fresh peaches up and putting them in the blender and used the puree setting, I then strained this through a sieve and then put through another blend and give it another strain.

I added this to the shaker along with the lemon juice, Schnapps and the gin and lots of ice. Give this a good long shake and strain it into glass.

Add some ice and top this up with some plain tonic water along with a peach fan.

A Recommended Serve from No.209, which is very refreshing and I think the apples bring out the butterscotch and toffee notes from the gin
– 45ml of No.209 Chardonnay Reserve Gin

– 4 Apple Slices

– 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

– Ice

– Top with Tonic

Muddle the apple slices, along with the gin and fresh lemon juice, add the ice and shake. Strain into a glass, add some ice and top with tonic water.
