TROPICAL SPICE

This is a spicy tropical delight that you don’t want to miss out on!!

Literally summer in a glass!

205B8438-A45F-47A7-AB04-6DEF101E6555Jawbox you have done it again (not that I ever doubted that it would be anything other than tasty)

I give you Jawbox Pineapple & Ginger Gin Liquor, one of the two new flavours  recently introduced into the Jawbox family and it is amazing!!  Jawbox is a homegrown gin that has a special place on my shelf (and in my heart)!  You can learn more about the gin and it’s origins etc in my first Ginphoria post! 😊

But back to one of the newest members, Pineapple and Ginger is one of town new flavours, the other is Rhubarb & Ginger which I will experiment with soon!!

I present you two serves to try for this treat because I just got a little bit excited and couldn’t just make one 😋

JAWBOXES’ OWN RECOMMENDED SERVE

  • 45ml of Jawbox P&G liquor
  • Ginger Ale
  • sliced lime
  • Lots of ice

This is extremely refreshing and fruity! The ginger ale really lets the pineapple flavour shine through with a subtle spiciness from the ginger!  Very easy drank so make sure your fridge is well stocked with ginger ale for refills!!

MY EXPERIMENT

  • 45ml of Jawbox P&G Liquor
  • Plain light tonic
  • Grilled caramelised pineapple
  • Fresh Basil leaves
  • Lots of ice

The caramelised pineapple really brings out the sweetness of the gin, very tropical and refreshing with a slight smokiness coming from the grilled pineapple. The basil matches perfectly with the sweetness from the pineapple adding that peppery undertone!!

Gerry the master behind Jawbox had been teasing me for a while about what flavours he had been dabbling with and I would never have guessed this one!

You can clearly tell I am way too excited for my own good! This drink is a must have for everyone even if your not a fan of gin! Totally refreshing and goes down too well.
